ABOUT ME
I'm Steve Watts and I've been involved in mentoring and coaching young people and adults for 40 years. During that time I have worked in the school sector, teacher training and higher education and am passionate about helping people to grow and develop. I have particular expertise in coaching and mentoring young people and adults who lack confidence in themselves and need support to help them realise their goals and ambitions. I have coached young people and adults in a variety of settings and spent the last 20 years training mentors. I am happy to offer both short term and focused coaching as well as longer term professional mentoring. I have also acted as a consultant and can help set up coaching and mentoring schemes in your organisation. I have achieved OFSTED Grade 1 for my training and supervision of mentors, have completed the University o Sunderland's Academic Mentoring Training programme, recently published (2019) The SENCO Handbook: Leading Provision and Practice and am a member of the Association for Coaching (MAC).

Help You
To me, helping others is very rewarding. I believe if you help one another then you will receive help in return. This 'how I can help you' statement reflects upon what services I may offer to you. For example if you are struggling in your business and need some leadership skills or some of the sort, I will be able to give you the information and guidance it will take to help you. In this section of my website, I have services which may (or may not) help towards you.
